Chai latte

Chai latte for cold evenings

I can't imagine anything better to do in a cold day evening than relax in front of the fireplace with a special hot drink. I don't have a fireplace so I'll settle for the latter, which is the delicious Chai latte.

2,5 dl milk
2,5 dl water
2-3 filter strong black tea
1 teaspoon chai spice mix:cinnamon, clove, cardamon, star anise, ground pepper, coriander, ginger, orange peel)
2-3 teaspoon brown sugar

Boil the water put the filters in. In the same time add the spices too.
After two minutes soaking  strain your tea, add the milk and froth it until foamy.

Enjoy your Chai latte in front of the fireplace or in the sofa! :)

Copenhagen Food Fair

Copenhagen, inter alia famous for its impressive gastronomy culture (you might heard about the Danish Blue cheese (best!!!!), the Anthon Berg Chocolate and Marzipan, and believe me - the Danish pastries are fantastic) and the world’s best restaurant called Noma is also in Copenhagen. Furthermore at the worldwide professional cooking competition -Bocuse d’Or-  Jeppe Foldager chef won the silver medal for Denmark (right after France).

Taking the fact that I live here, I could not skip the possibility of visiting the Food Fair, which took place at Bella Center (this conference center/exhibition mall - which also made me unusually happy, because it means dress & heels day´s today hahaha).

I don´t want to say too much. Enjoy the pictures! :)
